Dan has been a tech journalist for over 13 years and has been with What Hi-Fi? the last two of those. As a staff writer he spends most of his time reviewing or writing news and features. Based closer to the AV test rooms, his focus is shifted more towards TVs, soundbars, AV receivers, projectors, speaker packages and the like with a particular interest in home cinema. A dark room with a big screen, a comfy sofa and a truck load of sweet popcorn is his happy place.
